壓平：利用壓力迫使材料產(chǎn)生塑性變形，從而使折彎的豎邊反方向打平到折彎前的平行平面上，形成雙層材料從而去除了銳邊
成形：依靠材料流動(dòng)而不是依靠材料分離使工程料片改變材料形狀和尺寸的沖壓工序的統(tǒng)稱
半剪：用沖子擠入工程料片的一面，迫使材料流入對(duì)面凹坑以形成凸成的一種沖壓工序。
Stamping process terminology (3)
Flattening: using pressure to force the material to produce plastic deformation, so that the vertical edge of bending is flattened in the opposite direction to the parallel plane before bending, forming a double-layer material to remove the sharp edge
Forming: a general term for the stamping process that changes the shape and size of materials by material flow rather than by material separation
